New Project Management Toolkit
After year of running project management training courses and managing projects of all sizes I was asked to write a book on the subject. After months of feverish typing and proof readers galore I've created what I hope is the ultimate guide to project management which goes a little further than most. Here's how...
Most "how to be a project manager" type of courses just focus on the "textbook" stuff. You know, here's a Gantt Chart, CPA , and such. But if you speak to an experienced PM they will tell that there is much more than just classroom topics.
For a start most tutorials or books just teach you the what and the why - they don't tend to be written by practicing PM's. But it's the HOW that is important.
And here's another point which shone out from this unique training toolkit for PM's - the ONLY purpose of the project is to deliver change that realizes business benefits.
So how do you tie those into the project and extend them so that the benefits are realized. And WHY was the project needed in the first place? Is it the right project?
The list goes on.
I've pulled out all the stops to create a unique Toolkit for the project manager.
Check it out here - you'll be glad you did.

This does sound like the
This does sound like the ultimate toolkit guide for project management. It seems like a very helpful tool. The only thing the business who uses this tool would need to do now is hold a company meeting explaining the product. The problem with that is that meeting planning can be a nightmare with big corporate companies due to everyone's schedule. Thanks for the share!
