I’ve worked inside businesses, led teams, delivered programmes, and dealt with the realities that frameworks alone don’t solve. Sometimes the right answer is accredited training. Other times, it’s clarity, perspective, and experienced judgement. Very often, it’s a combination of both.

Where structured training is the right solution, I deliver accredited programmes with a strong emphasis on real-world application.

I’ve trained thousands of professionals in project management, delivery, and leadership disciplines, combining recognised frameworks with practical insight from having done the work myself. The focus is always on understanding, not just passing an exam.
