Nonetheless. I’m made of sterner stuff.
So, what if it takes a few hours to pass the baton to my talented business partner and webmaster Nick before the nuggets of lessons are available – so be it!
In what little spare time I have between sleeping, eating and walking my dogs, I can’t help but notice all those wannabe management trainers out there on YouTube seem to be convinced that just having a chat into the latest AI App will churn out money-making training in a heartbeat.
Hah! Hogwash.
Ask any Craftsperson or Artisan. Whatever their talent and industry, what is it exactly that inspires them to get up every day and create inspiring and unique products and services?
The answer will always be time, work effort, tenaciousness, and the sheer pleasure of creating a training product to be proud of.
For a coach and trainer in whatever industry product or service, it’s as much about the journey as the destination.
